Q: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

A: Good question! Check out our rates:

U.S. ORDERS

Under $75: standard domestic shipping on orders under $75 is a nice and easy $8.
Over $75: standard domestic shipping on orders over $75 is free. That’s right, free!


We offer 2 express shipping options for domestic orders:


Two-Day Shipping: $25, order must be placed before 2pm to have your order 2 days after placement.
Over-Night Shipping: $40, order must be placed before 2pm to have your order the next day.

*please note, all PO box addresses can only be shipped with USPS priority and are not eligible for expedited shipping. All orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the next day.

*All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We will ship your packages DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs. Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: Good question! Check out our expected shipping times below:

    • Holiday Weeks - We know you can't wait to see your new goods! Not to fear, all orders placed between 11/23 and 11/28 will be shipped by or before Thursday, 12/1. Yay!
    • Orders generally ship within 48 hours of being placed, but processing can take up to 3 business days.
    • U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, depending on weight and destination. For U.S. orders, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
    • International orders ship via FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Economy, and USPS Priority Mail Express, depending on weight and destination. For international orders, please allow 4 to 7 business days for FedEx deliveries and up to 2-3 weeks for USPS deliveries.
    • Two-day and over-night orders ship via FedEx. Orders must be placed by 2pm to be received in proper delivery window. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the next day.

Q: DOES WILDFANG PAY FOR MY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A: Returns are super easy. Just fill out this form: WF returns and send your items back to us along with your invoice.

      • All items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed and in original condition
      • All items must be postmarked to Wildfang within 30 days of purchase.
      • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Markdown” may not be returned or exchanged.
      • Original shipping charges are not refundable
      • Invoice must be included in return package.
      • We do not accept returns for swimwear, underwear, bras, used, or damaged items.
      • Shoes must be returned in the original manufacturer’s box, with no damage to box and no postage affixed to box.
      • We will process your return within 4 days of receiving it. Then it usually takes your bank 3-7 days to apply the refund to your account.

Please note, by placing an order at Wildfang, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Wildfang.

Q: WHAT ARE MY MONEY BACK RETURN OPTIONS?

A: You have the choice between store credit and a full cash refund. If you pick store credit we will throw in an extra $10… ‘cause who doesn’t like a little extra credit.

Q: I THREW AWAY MY INVOICE, NOW WHAT?

A: You have two options to reprint your invoice:

      • Print the email receipt you received after you placed your order.
      • Log into your Wildfang account, open your orders and ‘Reprint Invoice’.

Q: HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

A: It’s so easy. All US and international customers, just fill out this form – WF returns and ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase.

      • Returned merchandise must be postmarked to Wildfang within 30 days of purchase in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags and packaging.

Q: CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED ON SALE?

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges on “Final Sale” or “Markdown” merchandise, including items from our Holiday Hangover or Summer Wipeout Sale.

How do you know if something is a final sale/markdown? On your invoice next to the product description it reads “FINAL SALE- NO RETURNS”. If you want to double check, the prices for these products are displayed in orange instead of black on our site and we include messaging in orange above the “Add to Bag” button that says: “Final Sale: This item cannot be returned or exchanged.”

Q: CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

A: Need to make an exchange? No problem! To ensure availability of your replacement size or color, you should place a new order for the item you want and return your original order. As a small start-up, we have limited quantities of our products, so we highly suggest placing the new order ASAP to ensure availability.

Q: WHY DON’T YOU HAVE THAT (THING I REALLY WANT) IN MY SIZE?

A: We wish we had that thing (you really want) in your size! We’re still a small start-up company so we are only able to buy limited quantities in certain products. But, from time to time, we’re able to place special orders and snag some additional sizes and units, so please email us at shop@wildfang.com and we’ll let you know if we can get that thing (you really want) in your size! You can also click on any out-of-stock size and request a restock through our NotifyMe system!

Q: WHAT IF I FORGET MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

A: We feel you! So many log-ins for everything, but we’ve got your back. Just visit  http://www.wildfang.com/customer/account/forgotpassword/ and enter the same email address you used when you signed up. We’ll send you a link to reset your password and voila! You’ll be back in action in no time.

Q: WHY IS MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORKING?

A: Unless otherwise noted, discount codes do not work on any final sale merchandise, products with proceeds going to charity, or shipping costs. If an item is final sale, it will be noted before you add it to your cart. A hefty majority of our codes have expiration dates or can only be used once per customer. You can always refer to the email you received with the code to read any exclusions and see if there is an expiration date. Still having trouble? Feel free to email hello@wildfang.com

Q: HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE MAILING LIST?

Q: DO YOU GIVE BACK?

A: Yes! 10% of profits from all full price Wildfang Made products go directly to PP + ACLU. If you want to double check your purchase will be giving back, check the product page! There will be a note from us letting you know these goods do good.
