Under $75: standard shipping on orders under $75 is $30.
Over $75: standard shipping on orders over $75 (and up to $200) is $15.
Over $200: standard shipping orders over $200 is free. Hurray!
DELIVERY RATES AND SERVICES
We work with two shipping carriers to offer Flat Rate International Shipping: United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.
Delivery times vary depending on country, but please expect 1-2 weeks for Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand; and 2-3 weeks for everywhere else. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Wildfang cannot guarantee an international delivery date.
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. It can take 8 weeks or more for a refused or undeliverable package to arrive back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
DELIVERY BY USPS
Your order will be delivered to your country’s Customs office by USPS. The Customs office will process the package and then forward it to be delivered by your local postal service. USPS offers limited tracking and please be aware that delays can occur during shipping, Customs processing, and final delivery.
DELIVERY BY FEDEX
Your order will be delivered to your country’s Customs office by FedEx. The Customs office will process the package and then FedEx will deliver the package to you. FedEx offers detailed tracking information throughout the process.
We currently do not offer an express shipping service. If you would like to make a request for expedited international shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate!
TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We will ship your packages DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly in or on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery of your package.

CURRENCY CONVERSION AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars and all orders will be charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current exchange rate. To estimate exchange rates, you may want to use XE.com Currency Converter. (Please note that we do not make any guarantees or promises about what the current exchange rate is or what you will be charged by your bank, as this is out of our control).
BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure all of your billing and shipping information is entered correctly on your order, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, product content, and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products available on our website(s) to all countries. The purchase of any restricted items will be refunded.
WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
No problem! We accept returned merchandise so long as items are postmarked to Wildfang within 30 days of purchase in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, vintage, or final sale/markdown items. Please note, by placing an order at Wildfang, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Wildfang. We cannot refund customs duties or fees, and we do not refund original shipping charges.
