Q: HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?
1. Sign up for a free U.S. shipping address at
2. Fill your cart with Wildfang goodies.
3. In “Shipping Information,” enter the U.S. address provided by comGateway. Be sure to include zip code 97230.
4. Select free “comGateway” shipping and complete your purchase.
5. We’ll deliver your package to comGateway within 48 hours of your order.
6. Decide between standard or express shipping (rates vary depending on package weight, dimension, and location) once comGateway processes your package.
7. Track your package using the FedEx or DHL number provided by comGateway.
Q: WHY DO I NEED A COMGATEWAY ACCOUNT?
A: It’s pretty simple: we aren’t international shipping experts, and we’re a very small team. comGateway are experts in international mail forwarding. They offer excellent international shipping rates, great customer service, and personal shopping assistance if you don’t have an international credit card. Also, if you shop from Wildfang often, or if you shop from other U.S. websites, you can ask comGateway to consolidate your packages and save you money on shipping. Happiness!

Q: HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING AND DUTIES COST? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: We partnered with comGateway because of their awesome customer service and expertise. Once you’ve signed up for your free U.S. address, you can use their Shipping Calculator and Duties & Fees Guide to estimate shipping and duties costs. The shipping calculator includes options for standard (6-8 days) and express shipping (3-5 days). You can always contact comGateway with any specific questions about international couriers, costs, and services. We promise they’ll take good care of you.
Q: ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes. Unfortunately, a small number of our vendors restrict us from shipping overseas. We have noted those restrictions on the individual product pages. In addition, certain countries restrict certain products. For more information, please review the Services + Support section of comGateway or contact comGateway directly.
Q: WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
A: We’ll accept returned merchandise so long as items are postmarked to Wildfang within 30 days of purchase in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags and packaging. Please note, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable customs fees, and the cost of return shipping back to Wildfang:
