Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: Returns are FREE! We’ll accept returned merchandise so long as items are postmarked to Wildfang within 15 days (U.S. customers) or 30 days (international customers) of purchase in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags and packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, vintage, or final sale/markdown items.
- Shoes must be returned in the original, manufacturer’s box. Please do not affix return labels to the shoe box itself.
Q: HOW MUCH DO RETURNS COST?
A: Returns are FREE! (Yes, we know. It’s glorious.) Unfortunately, original shipping charges are not refundable. (Yes, we know. Boo.)
Q: CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED ON SALE?
A: Sorry. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on markdown merchandise, including items from our semi-annual Holiday Hangover or Summer Wipeout sales. These items are final sale. How do you know if something is a final sale/markdown? The prices for these products are displayed in orange instead of black on our site. In addition, we include messaging in orange above the “Add to Bag” button that says: “Final Sale: This item cannot be returned or exchanged.”
Q: CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
A: Too big? Too small? Too… something else? It’s cool. The best way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you’d rather have, and return the original order for free. As a small start-up, we have limited quantities of our products, so we highly suggest placing the new order ASAP to ensure availability.

A: It’s so easy. For US customers, just email email@example.com or call 503-208-3631. We’ll accept returned merchandise so long as items are postmarked to Wildfang within 15 days (U.S. customers) or 30 days (international customers) of purchase in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags and packaging.
For customers in the contiguous 48 states, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Simply print out the label, box up the item(s) to be returned, affix the return label to the package, and drop it off at your nearest UPS station.
For customers in HI, AK, APO, and Puerto Rico, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.

Q: WHAT IF I LOSE MY PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL?
A: No worries—just email us at email@example.com and we’ll generate the label for you again.
Q: DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS ON VINTAGE?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t allow returns on vintage. Our vintage items are truly one-of-a-kind, which makes it too difficult to re-stock and re-list them. But that’s why we’ve done our best to classify and price them accordingly. If you have your eye on a vintage piece and have a question about its condition, give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org or 503-208-3631.
Q: WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
A: No problem! For international orders – we accept returned merchandise so long as items are postmarked to Wildfang within 30 days of purchase in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, vintage, or final sale/markdown items. Please note, by placing an order at Wildfang, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Wildfang. We cannot refund customs duties or fees, and we do not refund original shipping charges.
