Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: Domestic returns are FREE! We’ll accept returned merchandise so long as items are postmarked to Wildfang within 15 days of purchase in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags and packaging.
Please note: we do not accept returns on vintage or final sale merchandise.
Q: CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED ON SALE?
A: Sorry. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on markdown merchandise, including items from our Semi-Annual Sale. These items are final sale.
Q: HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
A: It’s so easy. For most US orders, we’ll include a preprinted return label with your shipment. Simply activate your label by contacting Wildfang Customer Service, box up the item(s) to be returned, affix the return label to the package, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx station.

A: No worries—just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll generate the label for you again.

Q: WILL MY ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGE BE REFUNDED?
A: No, original shipping charges are not refundable. (Yes, we know. Boo.)
Q: CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
A: Too big? Too small? Too… something else? It’s cool. The best way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you’d rather have, and return the original order for free using our return label. As a small start-up, we have limited quantities of our products, so we highly suggest placing the new order ASAP to ensure availability.
Q: DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS ON VINTAGE?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t allow returns on vintage. Our vintage items are truly one-of-a-kind, which makes it too difficult to re-stock and re-list them. But that’s why we’ve done our best to classify and price them accordingly.
