Empower is correct
This dress is rad, and I get tons of compliments every time I wear it. I sized down for a more smaller fit - I'm usually about a medium & I ended up getting a small. 38" bust, 32" waist, 40" hips

Easy and Chic
I'm short and have super broad shoulders so it's hard for me to find tailored-looking pieces that don't swallow me. I also love the color and the fabric is light but not cheap feeling.
